Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organisation, subject and message.

Usage data. We collect limited, aggregate information about how the site is used (such as page views and referrers) through privacy-friendly analytics. This data is not used to identify individuals.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual visitors or build advertising profiles. We do not set non-essential or marketing cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If this ever changes, we will update this notice and seek your consent where required.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve our website.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our website securely and effectively and, where applicable, your consent. We do not carry out automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party service providers (“processors”) who process data on our behalf:

  • Formspree — delivers our contact-form submissions to us.
  • Cloudflare — privacy-friendly website analytics, security and performance.
  • Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers (including Formspree, Cloudflare and Netlify) are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as those providers’ data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained by Cloudflare on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time.
